THE ORGANIZATION HAS A LARGE VOLUNTEER STAFF, AND IS ABLE TO OPERATE WITH TWO FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AND SIX PART- TIME EMPLOYEE. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS IS COMPRISED OF FIVE NON-COMPENSATED MEMBERS.
