Accessible Healthcare Services for Underserved Populations
HealthFinders Collaborative Inc (HFC) is a nonprofit community health organization dedicated to providing accessible, quality healthcare services to underserved populations in southeast Minnesota. Founded in 2005, HFC offers medical, dental, behavioral health, and wellness services through a patient-centered approach, ensuring equitable care for all, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. HFC operates community-based clinics, community health and engagement initiatives, and educational programs, partnering with local healthcare providers, volunteers, and community organizations to address both clinical care and the social determinants of health.
