The organization funded a number of different Catholic initiatives aimed at spreading the Catholic faith and promoting better understanding of Catholicism. These initiatives included an active engagement with the media, training, and research, as well as the funding of institutions including the Papal Foundation, Lumen Christi Institute, the Catholic University, and the Dominican Foundation.
