Coastal Kids Home Care is California's only nonprofit pediatric home health agency. Our services include home nursing, physical and occupational therapy and social work support for the whole family. For children with life-limiting illness, Coastal Kids offers comprehensive home-based palliative and end-of-life care including shift nursing. Counseling for mild to moderate mental health needs is also available to children and teens in qualifying counties. COASTAL KIDS HOME CARE IS A LICENSED HOME HEALTH AGENCY SPECIALIZING IN PEDIATRIC SERVICES. WE ARE A MEDI-CAL CERTIFIED AGENCY AND ACCEPT REFERALS FOR PATIENTS WITH ALL REIMBURSEMENTS COVERAGE EXCEPT FOR MEDICARE. WE PROVIDE NURSING, SOCIAL WORK, PT /OT INTERMITTENT VISITS, AND LASTLY MILD TO MODERATE MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES TO PATIENTS AS ORDERED BY PHYSICIANS. THE AGENCY ALSO PROVIDES APPROX. 60 CHILDREN WITH SHIFTS OF NURSES (RN, LVN, AND CNA'S) FOR 8-24 HOURS PER DAY.
