IS A COLLABORATIVE ORGANIZATION. WE WORK CLOSELY WITH COUNTIES AROUND OHIO WHO HAVE CUSTODY OF CHILDREN IN FOSTER CARE. WE ALSO WORK WITH PRIVATE NONPROFIT AGENCIES, COURT SYSTEMS, MENTAL HEALTH AGENCIES, AND OUR COLLEAGUES FROM AROUND THE COUNTRY TO WORK ON BEHALF OF FAMILIES AND CHILDREN. OUR ROLE IS TO HELP AGENCIES INCREASE THEIR PERMANENCY OUTCOMES. WE HELP BUILD PROGRAMS, WE ADVOCATE FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE FOSTER CARE SYSTEM, WE PROVIDE TRAINING AND COACHING, AND WE ARE WORKING TO LEAD A MOVEMENT OF AGENCIES AND INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE COMMITTED TO ENSURING THAT ALL CHILDREN ACHIEVE PERMANENCY.
