    PEFNCs 15-person Parent Liaison Team focused on one-on-one interactions, reaching 3,091 engagements at 82 in-person or virtual parent meetings. PEFNC paired grassroots outreach with strategic digital marketing focused on low-income switchers and lower/middle income students. PEFNC offered 6,964 families application assistance and 343 received school selection support. With PEFNCs support, North Carolinas Opportunity Scholarship Program has reached a historic milestone: 104,599 recipients as of January 5, 2026.
