The American Rescue Plan creates a variety of new programs to address continuing pandemic-related crises and funding recovery efforts as the United States begins to emerge from COVID-19 Pandemic. Through the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services DHMAS with mental illness and or substance abuse use disorder. Our services focus on individuals experiencing homelessness housing instability older adults and faith based outreach to underserved areas.
