Community Reentry Programs
Community Reentry Programs: Services designed to assist men and women with positive reintegration back into the community by providing housing, case management, cognitive behavioral interventions, and or linkages to community resources. Programs include two community residential release programs for men and women transitioning back into the community from state prison; a residential program for men on parole; a walk-in resource center for former offenders in the community and discharge planning from several jail and prison locations. Victim Services: Services designed to increase the safety and level of empowerment of individuals that have been victimized by domestic violence and or sexual assault. Programs serve two counties and include two domestic violence shelters, two outreach centers that provide counseling to both adults and children, legal advocacy, case management, support groups, and coordination with other systems.
