Infant Intervention Program
Infant Intervention Program - weekly services to infants born with developmental disabilities, who are birth to three years old. Our dedicated team of highly qualified professionals including: speech and occupational therapists, educators, social workers, and behaviorists, collaborate with families and care-givers to support each child's development. EmployAbility services empower individuals to overcome employment challenges to secure and maintain meaningful work. FRA is very proud to have over 85% of those referred successfully secure jobs in the community, contributing positively to their employers. Our Project SEARCH internship program, now completing its fifth successful year of intensive employment training in Monmouth County, will expand into Ocean County in September 2024, offering more people the opportunity to embrace this challenge. Additionally, a monthly job Club supports both employed and job-seeking individuals, featuring strong attendance and engaging guest speakers who share valuable career insights, strategic advice,and skill-building tips. TECHConnection - operates as a public assistive technology computer center, serving individuals of all ages, from birth to older adulthood, who have developmental or acquired disabilities as a result of birth defects, accident, illness, injury or aging.
