TO OPERATE A NON-DENOMINATIONAL CONGREGATE HOUSING FACILITY FOR THE FRAIL ELDERLY. THE ORGANIZATION ACCEPTS RESIDENTS REGARDLESS OF RACE, ETHNICITY OR RELIGIOUS PREFERENCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH STATE MANDATED REQUIREMENTS. THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES 51 APARTMENTS AND PROVIDES MEALS, CLEANING, RECREATION, EXERCISE, AND SOCIAL EVENTS FOR THE RESIDENTS.
