The foundation provides charitable aid to citizens and organizations of the C.I.S. The goal is to aid in the development of the C.I.S. by providing them with equipment, household items, clothing, etc. as well as provide C.I.S.'s enterprises with industrial equipment and technologies. The organization distributes donations to schools, hospitals and the poor people of the C.I.S.
