PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND SCHOLARSHIPS TO THE FAMILIES OF THOSE WHO ARE EMPLOYED IN THE NEW RETAIL MOTOR VEHICLE INDUSTRY IN PENNSYLVANIA, AND ELSEWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES.
