Quarterly - April 10, July 10, October 10 & December 10.
Any restrictions or limitations on awards, such as by geographical areas, charitable fields, or kinds of institutions

All grants are given to tax exempt entities as defined in section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue code.
