PROVIDES PERSON-CENTERED AND INCLUSIVE SERVICES TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH AND WITHOUT DISABILITIES THAT INCLUDES SECURING EMPLOYMENT, CONNECTING TO NECESSARY SUPPORTIVE SERVICES, ACCESSING HOUSING AND PARTICIPATING FULLY AS CONTRIBUTING MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY. EQUITY AND INCLUSION ARE EMBEDDED IN THE CORE VALUES OF THE ORGANIZATION WHERE DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS, CULTURES, PERSPECTIVES AND LIFE EXPERIENCES ARE EMBRACED.
