Scholar Support Program
Each year, Radnor ABC supports up to ten scholars while they attend Radnor High School. During the school year, the scholars live away from their families and reside in two houses on the same property in Wayne,PA with supervision by a resident director team and resident tutors. Although the Radnor Township School District waives tuition for these students, Radnor ABC still spends approximately $30,000 a year per student.This cost covers numerous expenses, including, but not limited to:food,including weekend food allowance; school supplies;team bonding events;extracurricular activity fees;SAT/ACT registration,study books and preparation classes;travel home for two breaks;compensation for our resident Executive Director, tutors and a weekday cook;and house utilities,supplies,maintenance,repairs and improvements.
