  • Fire and Burn Prevention Education

    The Burn Institute provides free installation of smoke alarms for seniors; youth firesetter intervention; school-based and community-based fire and burn prevention education programs. Fire and burn prevention literature to childcare centers, preschools, grade schools K-6, community health centers, community resource centers, libraries, at health fairs and senior centers in an effort to prevent fire and burn injuries and deaths. The BI's wildfire prevention and preparation and senior fire and burn prevention programs all provide the public with services that save lives and property.
