Home Health & Hospice Care Program
Home Health & Hospice Care, a mission-based, non-profit agency, takes great pride in offering highly skilled, state of the art, compassionate homecare, including rehabilitation, IV therapy, wound care, advanced illness management, palliative care and hospice in patients' homes and in HHHC's 16 suite community hospice house. Following surgery, an acute illness or injury, skilled homecare is a resource that helps patients regain independence and become as self-sufficient as possible. And when medical care can no longer offer a cure, our hospice program focuses on providing patients with comfort and dignity as the end of life draws near.
