Through its Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services (BHRS) Safe Harbor provides short term, intensive mental health interventions for children and teens that have complex emotional and behavioral needs. Services are provided in a variety of settings (home, school, community) in a manner to result in an increase in the clients chances for stabilization and growth in their natural environment. Crisis intervention provides emergency short-term counseling for all residents of Erie County, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
