THE STRENGTH BASED APPROACHES ARE USED TO EMPOWER THROUGH EDUCATION THE PEOPLE THAT RESIDE IN THE GREATER ALLEGHENY COUNTY COMMUNITY GENERALLY AND THE HILL DISTRICT OF PITTSBURGH SPECIFICALLY.
