CHILDREN AGES 3 TO 18 AND ADULTS ARE THE TARGET POPULATION. HDAT SERVES CHILDREN IN AN OUT OF SCHOOL SETTING, AFTER SCHOOL AND WEEKENDS, AND AN IN SCHOOL RESIDENCY FOR CHILDREN PRE-K THROUGH 5TH GRADES.
