MNRAAA funds core services to help older adults and caregivers living at home; collaborates with communities, counties and health and social service providers to increase local capacity to meet the needs of an aging population; and provides older adults, their families and caregivers with information about services, financial assistance and health care coverage through the senior linkage line. Persons age 60 and above and caregivers are served.
