BCF GRANT APPLICATION FORM COMPLETED BY A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION. INCLUDE ORGANIZATION NAME, ADDRESS, LIST OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS, COPY OF 501(C)(3) STATUS LETTER FROM IRS, DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT, PROJECT BUDGET AND AMOUNT REQUESTED.

Submission deadlines
DEADLINES FOR GRANT SUBMISSION ARE APRIL 30 AND OCTOBER 30.
Any restrictions or limitations on awards, such as by geographical areas, charitable fields, or kinds of institutions

MUST BE A SECTION 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION.
