Eagle Wings Academy (EWA) provided 21 scholarships for primarily minority students living in the City of Syracuse unable to afford a Christian Education. The scholarships allowed them to attend Faith Heritage School, 3740 Midland Avenue, Syracuse, NY 13205 (private school Grades K-12). We had 24 volunteers providing prayer support, individual encouragement as necessary, as well as assistance with academic needs. Our one and only employee (Support Coordinator) provided intervention remotely to ensure academic standards were being maintained, monitored progress to assist with deficit areas, and encouraged students to work up to their potential.
