See Schedule OJesuit Cristo Rey High School of Houston (dba Cristo Rey Jesuit College Preparatory School) valuable employment training and on-the-job experience in addition to enabling the students to defray part of the cost of their education. The CWSP and the School operate together as a coordinated program, which combines personal responsibility, academic rigor, and a corporate work-study program to empower students of all faiths from economically challenged families to reach their full potential. All students of the School are required to participate in the work-study program. The CWSP trains the students during a Summer Training Initiative, teaching them hard and soft workplace skills. The CWSP is in constant contact with sponsors to ensure the students' success. The CWSP also included a remote work-study program for corporate remote working environments, and the School provided additional workplace skills for those not directly placed at on-site corporate work-study sites. During FYE 6/30/22, the CWSP had approximately 94 paying sponsors.
