TO STRENGTHEN COMMUNITIES THROUGH THE PROMOTION AND DEVELOPMENT OF COMMUNITY-BASED ALTERNATIVES TO INCARCERATION OF YOUTH; TO ASSIST YOUTH IN THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM AND YOUTH AT-RISK FOR JUSTICE SYSTEM INVOLVEMENT BY PROVIDING THEM COURT ADVOCACY AND CASE-MANAGEMENT SERVICES, MENTORING AND OUTREACH PROGRAMS, JOB TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS, VICTIM-OFFENDER MEDIATION SERVICES, LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING AND SIMILAR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT AND DELINQUENCY PREVENTION PROGRAMMING AND SERVICES.
