Family Homes Program
Our family homes program provides completely furnished homes for families who have previously been homeless. Dwell with Dignity designs and installs complete home interiors for families who desperately need an environment that will support health and wellness. We empower families to lead their best lives and to thrive in a safe, functional and beautiful environment. Our families become stable and create home lives of which they can be proud. Toxic stress levels are reduced significantly. Academics improve. Play dates are made. Plans are made for birthday parties, holiday gatherings and family dinners. These designs will have a powerful generational impact. In 2022 we completed 30 family and community projects, serving almost 14,000 individuals. Our community projects program brings beautiful, nurturing interiors to our social services agency partners. We have transformed waiting areas, childrens play rooms and shelter day rooms. These projects allow our partners to provide a comforting environment so their clients feel cared for and provide a sense of confidence in the agency. In 2022, Dwell with Dignity re-finished 22 family homes for mothers and children escaping poverty and trauma through new partnerships with Worthy Co. and Habitat for Humanity, in addition to creating safe places to discuss mental health for the Hispanic community at Community Does It, and serving multiple schools and teachers through our transformative design.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJan 1, 2022 – Dec 31, 2022Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$1.1M
