PET EVACUATION APP Animal Help Now AHNow launched its Pet Help & Rescue app for iPhones on December 27 2023 Android followed in July 2024. In 2022 in the wake of Colorados Marshall Fire which claimed the lives of an estimated one thousand dogs cats and other beloved animal companions as well as destroying Animal Help Nows headquarters the organization began work on a new app giving humans a way to significantly increase the chances that their dogs and cats and other dependent animals will survive when disasters strike. WILDLIFE REHABILITATOR DISASTER SUPPORT AHNows Wildlife Rehabilitator Emergency Fund WREF rapidly distributes small grants to wildlife rehabilitators directly impacted by disasters as well as those indirectly impacted such as by seeing a disaster-related increase in the need for their services.
