In 2022, we graduated over 437 students in 32 cohorts in our flagship youth leadership program, Power and Promise. We reported 920 hours of intensive community supervision for system impacted youth in our Day Reporting Program; 70% of those served felt they had a better quality of life after programming. Our recidivism rate is 9.2%, well below the national average (38.2%). We had over 425 contact hours in our Family Liberation program, assisting families with overcoming systemic obstacles.
