Oregon Arts Watch is a non-profit corporation whose educational purpose is to provide the residents of Oregon and the Portland metropolitan area with the knowledge and information they need to participate in the region's cultural life, which we believe is important to the success of both our democratic process (through developing shared values and approaches to problem-solving) and to the economic health of the state (which is heavily dependent on creative economy businesses).
