TURN BACK THE BLOCK IS A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION WHOSE MISSION IS TO REVIATLIZE THE HARRISBURG NEIGHBORHOOD IN AUGUSTA, GA THROUGH THE REHABILITATION OF EXISTING HOUSING STOCK, CONSTRUCTION OF NEW HOUSING AND THE PROMOTION OF HOME OWNERSHIP THEREIN.
