TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY EDUCATION CONCERNING THE EXISTENCE AND PROBLEMS OF DOMESTIC ABUSE AND VIOLENCE, PROVIDE CHARITABLE ASSISTANCE TO THE VICTIMS OF DOMESTIC ABUSE AND VIOLENCE AND COORDINATE EFFORTS OF THE COMMUNITY IN COMBATING DOMESTIC ABUSE AND VIOLENCE.
