Shared Living Services for Adults with Disabilities
Through LADD providers, Shared Living services provides residential services according to "My Plan" to adults with disabilities that are in need of services through referrals from Hamilton County Developmental Disability Services. People are served in homes throughout Hamilton County. For Community Supported Living supports are provided to enable people to live in housing of their choice. Our employees provide the level of support needed to live as independently as possible in the community. Each person participates in a planning process with the support of our staff and a "team" that may include friends, family and other professionals, to develop an Individual Service Plan (ISP). This plan addresses their on-going need for support and ensures their health and safety while living in the community. Services can range from a few hours each week to 24 hours a day. Housing ervices provides services to a diverse group of adults in apartments ranging in size from 1-8 settings.
