In 2018, Associates' sister non-profit corporation, Kings Daughters Housing, Inc., sold the apartment complex to an unaffiliated non-profit entity thus ending the need for Associates' services. In 2019, Associates will distribute its remaining assets to other non-profit organizations associated with the elderly and file Articles of Dissolution.
