  • Housing and Social Services for Low-Income Seniors

    The Organization provided 80 clean, safe and adequate housing units; social services; and a daily meal program to very low income elderly and handicapped persons in a congregate housing complex. On September 6, 2018, the Organization sold the congregate housing complex to an unaffiliated non-profit entity thus accomplishing and ending its mission. The Organization liquidated its remaining assets through grants to other non-profit organizations associated with assisting low income elderly (disabled) individuals. The Organization filed Articles of Dissolution with the West Virginia Secretary of State on November 21, 2019 and the Dissolution was approved by the West Virginia Secretary of State on December 4, 2019.
