University Healthcare Foundation assists in the fundraising, special events and activities, fund management, and other activities that further the exempt purposes of affiliated organizations, namely City Hospital, Inc. dba Berkeley Medical Center and Jefferson Memorial Hospital dba Jefferson Medical Center. University Healthcare Foundation also owns and manages properties that are home to doctors office and other ancillary services.
