A "Letter of Inquiry" must be submitted to Jewish Home of Cincinnati, Inc. Our website provides the appropriate form. If awarded, the grantee must also sign a "Grant Agreement" (provided by Jewish Home of Cincinnati, Inc.) and Form W-9.Upon completion of the program/project, a "Final Report" (provided by Jewish Home of Cincinnati, Inc.) must be submitted.

The following are ineligible for funding:Individuals;Projects for political purposes, capital campaigns or for-profit ventures;Projects for which expenses are generally covered by insurance or governmental programs.
