The foundation does not require that general operating support grants be by invitation. However. applications can only be accessed through the Foundation website from Jan 15-Feb 15. Applications are accepted for organizations that serve in the following CA counties - Alameda, Humboldt. Imperial, Orange, San Bernardino and Sonoma.
