Sector Programs for Community Leaders
Sector Programs: Our sector programs provide communities of reflection and practice for leaders in a variety of fields including: education, non-profits, business, healthcare, human services, and religion to support their efforts to work within their communities and professions from a place of greater integrity in ways that are life-giving and renewing for themselves and the people they serve. This year we completed five Flourishing in Ministry cohorts serving over 100 clergy and ministry leaders, culminating with a combined learning conferenceour first in-person event post-COVID. A Healing the Heart of Higher Education event hosted by CCR served over 100 educators and leaders. We also offered a Soul of Aging Institute to prepare 30+ alumni of CCR programs to offer our Soul of Aging curriculum in small group settings in their own communities. Our network of Courage & Renewal facilitators offered sector-specific and cross-professional programs engaging new participants and alumni around the world.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2021 – Jun 30, 2022Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$354.7KCourage & Renewal Educational Programs
Core Programs: Our core programs are educational programs that give people an opportunity to deepen their understanding of our Courage & Renewal approach, show up with greater integrity in their lives and work, and to help further our mission by bringing our approach into the world in various ways. In FY 21-22, we launched our new Foundations in the Courage & Renewal online program, offering four cohorts that served over 100 participants. We continued development on the Courage & Renewal Practicum ahead of a fall 2022 pilot. Our mission is also served by preparing and supporting facilitators who lead Circle of Trust retreats and other immersive experiences in our Courage & Renewal approach. In FY 21-22 we continued our evaluation and redesign of our Facilitator Preparation Program (FPP) in advance of new cohorts beginning in 2023 in Australia and the US. We also continued our support of the 20+ apprentice facilitators in preparation as well as the mentors who work with them. In May 2022, we launched a fully redesigned website to better support our programs, create connections, share resources, and communicate our mission, vision, and approach.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2021 – Jun 30, 2022Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$193KCourageous Communities of Practice
Courageous Communities of Practice: We offer our network of the 250+ facilitators who have completed our FPP program the opportunity to participate in an active and supportive learning community called the Facilitator Collaboration. CCR supports the Collaboration in numerous ways including by providing community infrastructure, tools for communication and idea sharing, community gatherings, and programs and/or resources for ongoing development and learning. In FY 21-22, we began work on creating an online community platform that would better serve the Collaboration, as well as create opportunities for program participants and others in our world-wide network to engage in courageous communities of support and practice. In both the design of the platform, and in the ways people will be invited to join we are seeking to lower the barriers to accessing resources, and to creating new ways to build trustworthy community for the long haul.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2021 – Jun 30, 2022Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$177.3K
