Invest and manage Foundation assets; solicit donations and distribute grants to projects for the elderly as approved by the Board of Trustees, for the benefit of Menorah Park Center for Senior Living Bet Moshav Zekenim Hadati (the "Center"), a related organization, and the residents, tenants and clients of every service on the Menorah Park campus.
