WE DO THIS BY ALIGNING RESOURCES ALONG THE CRADLE TO CAREER COMMITMENT. WE BRING PEOPLE, ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITY RESOURCES TOGETHER TO DELIVER RESULTS IN THE AREAS OF EDUCATION, FINANCIAL STABILITY, AND HEALTH. THROUGH THE CRADLE TO CAREER COMMITMENT, WE WANT TO ENSURE THAT QUALITY PRE-NATAL CARE IS AVAILABLE TO EXPECTING MOTHERS, THAT CHILDREN RECEIVE QUALITY EARLY LEARNING (INCLUDING PRESCHOOL AND PRE-K) OPPORTUNITIES AND THAT THEY ARE PREPARED TO START SCHOOL.
