Administered various programs to assure equal opportunities for disadvantaged persons and people of color, including African Americans, women and persons with disabilities. Achievements include training, educational assistance, job placement assistance and emergency assistance for residents in the communities of DuPage, Kane, Kendall and Will Counties in Illinois.
