THE MISSION OF THE CHICAGO YACHT CLUB FOUNDATION SHALL BE TO PROMOTE AWARENESS AND APPRECIATION OF THE NAUTICAL ARTS AND TRADITIONS TO THE CHICAGOLAND COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATION, OUTREACH AND OTHER ACTIVITIES, AS WELL AS THROUGH THE SUPPORT OF LIKE-MINDED CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS
