On July 31, 2015, Genesys Convalescent Center sold their bed licenses to Genesis Rehab. While Genesis Rehab constructs a new facility, Genesys Convalescent Center will lease out their facilities to Genesis Rehab. Once the new facility has been completed, Genesys Convalescent Center will commence selling their facilities and will then wind down the business.
