ANGELS' PLACE WAS FOUNDED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF AGING PARENTS OF ADULT CHILDREN WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, TO RESPOND TO THE UNCERTAINTY THAT EVERY PARENT OF A CHILD WITH A DISABILITY HAS, AND TO ADDRESS THE QUESTION: WHO WILL CARE FOR MY ADULT CHILD WHEN I AM NO LONGER HERE TO DO SO? IT IS THE INTENT OF ANGELS' PLACE TO PROVIDE CARE THROUGH VARIOUS PHASES OF LIFE, INCLUDING THE MANY COMPLEXITIES OF AGING. ON AVERAGE, ANGELS' PLACE ANTICIPATES PROVIDING 30-40 YEARS OF SERVICE FOR EACH OF OUR RESIDENTS. THEREFORE, OUR PLANNING, OUR GROWTH AND OUR FISCAL MANAGEMENT MUST BE PRUDENT AND ENDURING. FINANCIAL SUSTAINABILITY IS ESSENTIAL TO THE ORGANIZATION'S EFFECTIVENESS IN MEETING THE LIFE-LONG NEEDS OF EACH PERSON SERVED TODAY AND THOSE TO BE SERVED IN THE FUTURE.
