THE BAY AREA SOCCER ASSOCIATION SHALL DO ALL THINGS NECESSARY AND PROPER IN THE FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE SET FORTH OBJECTIVES WITHIN SUCH LIMITATIONS AS ARE PRESCRIBED BY LAW BY SUCH INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE REGULATIONS AS APPLIED TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AS DEFINED IN THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE, INCLUDING SECTION 501(C)(3) OF SAID CODE.
