DETROIT PAL'S CUSTOM VOLUNTEER TRAINING ENSURES THAT VOLUNTEER COACHES AND MENTORS ARE EFFECTIVELY USING THE VEHICLE OF YOUTH SPORTS TO CREATE POSITIVE DEVELOPMENTAL OUTCOMES FOR CHILDREN.
