THE BASIC PURPOSE SHALL BE TO INTEGRATE, COORDINATE AND OVERSEE THE IMPLEMENTATION AND USE OF FUNDS GRANTED UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT.
