Rehabilitative housing with supportive services for homeless and low income veterans. CVI operates two large duplexes each housing 8-10 veterans; two large permanent housing facilities housing over 100 veterans; 6 apartment buildings housing over 75 veterans and families, and scattered housing for vetererans and families. CVI's mission is to provide low income permanent housing with supportive services with an emphasis on low income veterans. CVI was founded in 1989 to provide management and technical assistance to agencies serving Veterans, as well as direct service provisions for homeless veterans through housing and wraparound supportive services. CVI is best known for serving Veterans recovering from addiction, disabilities and other barriers to employment. CVI facilitates 9 transitional and permanent housing faciilties.
