PROVISION OF HOUSING AND SERVICES FOR ELDERLY AND HANDICAPPED PEOPLE THROUGH THE OPERATION OF A 36-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX, A 90-UNIT ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY IN ELK RIVER, A 63-UNIT ASSISTED LIVING IN ALBERTVILLE, AND A 142-UNIT BUILDING IN OTSEGO. THE FACILITIES ARE SPECIALLY DESIGNED TO MEET THE PHYSICAL, SOCIAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS OF THE RESIDENTS AND TO CONTRIBUTE TO THEIR HEALTH, SECURITY AND HAPPINESS.
