Advocacy: MSCSA works to uplift the voices of community and technical college students on campus with key decision makers and in our communities. This past year LeadMN helped students register to vote and cast their ballots in a safe manner. Throughout the pandemic we listened to students voice and made sure that decision makers understood how the pandemic was affecting them and ways that they could better support students throughout this difficult time. MSCSA represents student interest at the college system state and federal levels. On the federal level MSCSA normally leads a group of students to visit Washington DC to meet with federal lawmakers but not this year due to Covid-19. Also once a year an advocacy day event is held where students are encouraged to participate.GeographiesNot indicatedDatesJul 1, 2020 – Jun 30, 2021Source990No causes providedNo populations provided–$211.2KScholarship and Emergency Assistance
